So now it's time for me to tell you how I feel about Smite. I love the concept of the game, I'm not usually a MOBA fan but the content of this game and the amount of effort Hi-Rez put into the characters is amazing.
I've never bothered with any other MOBAs because of the disability issue I have. I don't do well in PvP. Most games make it where if you camp or if you spend money you win. So no matter how hard I tried or how many hours I put into it, I was guaranteed to lose.
I love how they have a multitude of characters you can choose from with so many different play styles even within the same class type. They also have the lore for each, that makes it feel so much more intriguing, that was the whole reason I originally became interested in Smite to begin with.
I will admit, when I first tried Smite, I HATED IT! I didn't even bother trying to finish the tutorial.
When I came back I got addicted, like hardcore addicted. I don't know what was so different if anything, maybe it's just a mind-set thing. Everyone I know hated it when they first tried it. Now, I was the first one of my friends to hit diamond on a Character (Medusa of course, that's why I have her picture here)
I appreciate the fact that Hi-Rez makes the experience pretty specific to your play style/ability. You can change your button mapping between a few different presets and the speed you turn and everything. I still have some problems with consumables and relics but other than that its great.
I play mostly support, I don't ever expect to be the lead in any match, I'm not fooling myself. I also out of my core group of friends (people I didn't meet in Smite) am the first to hit level 30.

Hi-Rez also has amazing support services, anytime I contact them they get back to me so quickly and politely. They also have special events pretty frequently so it makes it feel like they appreciate the users. The level up bonuses are kind of lame if you bought the game, because it gives you rentals of Gods, but if you're a free user if gives you a chance to test stuff out before you spend your favor or gems to buy them. They also make sure everyone gets credit for their effort with special skins (like my diamond for max leveling Medusa)
BIGGEST Plus? They keep console & PC users pretty close together in updates. Unlike some games where you may end up waiting MONTHS to catch up with PC, the longest I've noticed us waiting is a week or two.
Over all I'd give Smite on XboxOne an A
